The suggested donation will be set in the following manner:
$50 per day (This is ONLY offered for all day Friday and Saturday of the
conference)
Vendors have the option to give their donations in advance via our
Donations Page to guarantee and reserve a space or submit a request to
vendor (*NOTE* Space is limited, so the only way to guarantee a space is
to pay in advance).
We must ask that Vendors and anyone assisting them also Pre-register for
AFA.
*NOTE* All Vendors will be acknowledged through our various marketing
efforts for PAOM. And an announcement acknowledging the Vendors will be
done during the offeratory period of the conference.
Also, we are asking all Vendors to please quietly setup during off
service times at the table provided to them. And there will be no
tolerance of vendoring during service times (etc. Prayer, Day Sessions
and Evening Service)unless otherwise authorized.
There will be sufficient vendoring time allowed during conference break
and before/after evening services.
It is the responsibility of the Vendor who chooses to vendor both nights
to secure merchandise upon leaving conference. PAOM will not assume
responsibility for merchandise.
Lastly, we ask all Vendors to please comply with the rules and
regulations set forth by AFA to all in attendance. For a further
